Patrick Taylor |
Received a slot with the JET program after
graduating with Upper Division Honors. Currently located in Sumoto,
Japan. (http://patrick-jetlag.blogspot.com/)
As a writer, Patrick submitted a short fiction piece to Scribendi, the
literary journal for the Western Regional Honors Council and was granted
inclusion in the 2007 edition. You can read his work on their site:

finder won him the Staff Choice award for fiction as well. |

Kevin Eldridge |
A Peer Mentor for the University Honors Program
(currently staying in India for his EAP experience) submitted a poem to
Scribendi, the literary journal for the Western Regional Honors Council
and was granted inclusion in the 2007 edition. His poem anachronism

Association Commencement Award
Given to a distinguished
student leader who has devoted significant time and effort to community services
projects and programs. Award was established in 1965 by the UCR Alumni
Association and includes lifetime membership in the organization.

Recognizes a graduating
woman for her outstanding participation in extracurricular campus activities,
leadership in campus organizations and academic achievement. Award given in
memory of UCR’s first Dean of Women, established in 1964 by the Prytanean
Women’s Honor Society.

the betterment of their community.
