UHP Peer Mentor: Conrad Riddle

My name is Conrad Riddle and I'm a third year Business Administration student. I'm originally from San Clemente, a little surf town in southern Orange County. When I'm home on weekends and during the summer I enjoy swimming and waterskiing. I also enjoy playing piano when I can find a free moment. I absolutely love movies, especially comedies. After Riverside I plan to go to work for Disney in Anaheim. I want to do something in their Human Resources department. This interest grew after I completed the Disney College Program last year. I also plan on participating in the UCDC program next summer. After establishing a career I hope to continue my education with an M.B.A., all with the goal of one day operating my own small business. Anyway, next year should be pretty adventurous for all of you. I look forward to seeing you all around campus!

Looking for Community Service?

Whatever you guys decide on, make sure that it fits you. You probably have a skill set or interest that you can put to good use. Community service can turn from a chore to something you look forward to when you're enjoying the activity. I personally have enjoyed being a music coach for the pit ensemble at San Clemente High School. Otherwise there are many programs and organizations on campus that are in dire need of volunteers. If you've never done it before community service can seem like a beast. The only thing that can make it hard is actually not doing it. Once you get started it will come naturally.
