UHP Peer Mentor: Alyssa Crom

Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I'm from San Jose. I love books, hate bigotry, and enjoy long walks on the beach with puppies. I am a third-year student majoring in Biological Science, and my track is microbiology. I am considering either graduate or pharmacy school once I get my bachelor's degree.

I consider myself fairly out of the closet, and I identify as bisexual. I enjoy doing drag as a form of gender-play and participating in LGBT events and panels on campus.

Looking for Community Service?

I am also secretary for Young at Heart this year. Young at Heart is a community service club which meets on Saturdays in Lot 24 at 12:45 PM and provides transportation to local rest homes. It's basically 2 hours of talking with senior citizens, playing Bingo, and having a good time.
