Phi Beta Kappa produces two publications:

The Key Reporter – This is the society’s quarterly newsletter. It provides members with information about programs, awards and activities of Phi Beta Kappa, as well as articles on members, book reviews and other news.

The American Scholar – This is the society’s quarterly journal. It strives to preserve and promote the essay. Both the journal and essays have won national awards.
