This is going to be a very exciting new year. UCR and the Honors Program are seeing tremendous growth and expecting wonderful new opportunities. We are excited to welcome all new Honors students to our learning community! Also, Welcome Back! to all returning Honors Students.
We, I and the University Honors Program Staff, are here to help you in any way possible.
We want you to achieve great things. I encourage you to come into the UHP office and let us know how you are doing - and how we can help.
Most of all, I urge you to take full advantage of the opportunities and resources we can offer you here at UC Riverside.

| Jason Hone and
Angela Eilander have joined the University Honors Program Staff. Angela comes from the Department of Economics and is our new Programming Assistant. Angela has a son, Craig and a daughter, Kaili. She loves to travel and is almost as good a snowboarder as Jason. |
Jason is a recent UCR and UHP graduate. He enjoys backpacking, snowboarding and traveling. He is the First Year Programming Coordinator. They also tinker with our website about which we are all very excited. Stop by to meet Angela and Jason, or at least say hi during muffin morning!
